AMMOD — Automated Multisensor Stations for Monitoring of Biodiversity — was a German research project (2019–2022), funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and coordinated by the Zoological Research Museum Alexander Koenig in Bonn. It set out to prototype stations that record biodiversity automatically, and it concluded at the end of its funded term.

Seventeen museums, universities and Fraunhofer institutes each built a module — vision, acoustics, metabarcoding, scent sensing, data fusion and the base station. Prototypes were installed in German forests, and the results were published. This domain keeps a brief archive of that work; the detailed record lives with the original partners.
